Terms & Conditions of Booking

 

Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay at      cache - ACCOMMODATION.

 At cache - ACCOMMODATION we have adopted the following policies, terms and conditions to assist us in providing you with our best service. We respectfully request that you adhere to these during & after your stay.

Arrival and Departure

Check –in time is from 2pm, check out time is prior to 10am. Early check-in/late check-out – requests will be catered for depending on availability. Please contact reception staff for further information. This may incur an extra charge.

Office Hours

Reception is open Monday - Friday from 8.30am to 6:00pm

Saturday from 9:00am to 3.00pm

Sunday From 9:00am to 3.00pm.

Arrival outside these can be arranged with our late check in procedure, simply let us know when booking.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. EFTPOS or cash.

Please note that all credit cards incur a surcharge of 1.5% for Visa & Mastercard & 3.5% or AMEX

Reservations Guarantee

To guarantee your reservation you will be asked for your credit card details.

Cancellation Policy

FREE cancellation if cancelling 48 hours prior to arrival.

At the time of making a reservation, all guests will be required to provide a current and valid credit card number to confirm and secure the reservation. In some instances, guests may be asked for a deposit which must be received by the motel not less than one week prior to the day of expected arrival.

A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Cancellations on or after 2pm two days prior to arrival will result in the full amount of the booking being charged to the guest credit card, or deposits received being non-refundable. Longer cancellation periods apply for peak periods and these policies will be communicated to each individual guest at the time the reservation is made and/or confirmed.

Non-Smoking

In the event of any physical evidence, or residual odour, which indicates that smoking of any form has taken place inside a guest room, a charge of $250 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in. This charge will cover the cost of steam cleaning the carpet and other soft furnishings, and of laundering all bedding. In the event that the NSW Fire Brigade attends, the full amount will be payable by the registered guest.

Parking

Secured private parking is located at the rear of the building, in Tongaboo Lane. This parking is limited. cache is not liable for any loss or damage to any vechicles or items inside the vechicle.

Property Damage

Any damage to or loss of motel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Fire Alarm

Please note if any guest or visitor of guest sets off the fire alarm due to misuse of facilities a $1800.00 call out fee will be charged.

No Party Policy

This policy is designed to ensure that all our guests can enjoy their time with us and not be inconvenienced through noise and action of others. Any guest failing to comply with this may be asked to leave without refund.

Pets

With the exception of Sight and Hearing assistance dogs, all pets are strictly forbidden inside guest rooms. Any guests breaching this rule will face immediate eviction and a $250 cleaning fee for carpet and any soft furnishings affected

Special Assistance

We aim to do our best to accommodate guests with a disability. We have limited wheelchair access to rooms. Most common areas of the motel are accessible by wheelchair. Should you require special assistance, please discuss when booking so we can assure you will be comfortable and we can accommodate you.

Call out

In the event that you lock yourself out of your room or forget your key outside reception hours, a call out fee may be charged depending on circumstances.

Pre-Authorisation 

cache- Accommodation requires a credit card authorisation to cover any additional costs that may occur during your stay (e.g damages, room charge-backs).

A pre-authorisation is a 'freezing' of funds in your account, the amount frozen will vary depending on the accommodation booked. 

The funds will be released within 5-10 working days, please note this cannot be reversed by us it has to be reversed by the guests financial institution.
